Here's what we did in August. We've been busy.
Click on any of the highlighted titles to see the post.
Changed the coffee table vignette and
made lemon brownies.
We finally changed our garage lights.
I grew a sweet potato vine.
 Fresh rosemary on the table.
I changed my font. Easy to do.
 I organized the Tupperware closet.....again.
 Showed you "All My Chickens".
 Did a little house fluffing.
 My repurposed pot rack.
 Book club for two.
A must-read before seeing the movie.
Setting a country table.
My orchid is still blooming weeks later.
We made a picket fence tote from leftover pickets.
 I made a table square.
We drank lots of iced tea. My quick method.
 I organized the fridge.
Visited my niece hosting a Shabby Chic shower.
Shared my obsession for list making.
 Transitional breakfast table.
Enjoyed the baby ducks by the lake in my yard.
Made-over the guest bedroom.
The  month flew by!

  1. You ahve been one busy lady! Loved all of your accomplishments!

  2. Whew! You got a lot done. Thanks for the review.

  3. Hi, Rita! You were one busy lady in the month of August!!! As hot as it was, I don't know where on earth you found the energy!!! You got a lot of great projects done, though, and even had time to get in some fun leisure reading. I saw "The Help" at the movies but did not read the book. I will have to make myself sit down and do that someday. I think it's funny that you have a whole Tupperware closet!!! That's a LOT of Tupperware! :-) I hope you have a chance to catch your breath in September!

  4. You are going to need a vacation girl!!! What a fabulous month you had!! Have a "relaxing" weekend!!

  5. I am amazed at all that you've accomplished. Great job!

  6. What a lovely table! Great colours. Please, go on a vacation.
Hope to see you on my blog:)

  7. you've got a lovely home! and such amazing style!

  8. I just realized that I spent quite a bit of time at your house this month. Whew! I could use a tall glass of iced tea. Cherry Kay

  9. There is always so much to see here on your blog. Today that final picture caught my attention. You've used a Longaberger garter on that straw hat, haven't you. Cute! I'm going to try that - I have one of each that haven't been used in ages. Thanks for the inspiration!
