Not Ready For Fall Coffee Table

I wanted to change the vignette on the
coffee table in the family room.
I was tired of the Summer lookof shells,
but I'm not quite ready to do Fall,
I needed a transitional look.
Here's my compromise.
I brought in the silver tray from the
cobbler's bench  in the living room.
This was a retirement party gift to my
 father-in-law given on April 5, 1976.
The signatures are from fellow board members at
 Standard Oil of Indiana.
That'll be the base for the vignette.
I'll cover-up all the signatures with my things.
The tray came in a velvet lined box
with this identification card, which I kept.
On top of the books I placed this tea cup and saucer.
It's one from my tea cup collection.
I had found it at the Kane Country
Antiques & Flea Market years ago.
It has a lovely blue and white pattern.
Don't know the name.
Very delicate.
It's made in England.
Coalport bone china, established in 1750.
I think I'll have tea in it today.
I'll need something to go with the tea, of course.
I haven't given up my chocolate,
but these were a nice change and very good.

Cheers!
