Ghost Pops!

I'm making ghost pops for the 

Trick-or-Treaters

They are so easy to make. Just center the 

lollipop on a tissue (or a coffee filter) fold over

 and tie with a black or orange ribbon or yarn. 

Use a Sharpie to add eyes. 

I used tissue because it's cheaper, 

and just the right size. 

 These take very little time to make.

 They're also cute stuck in a basket.
