Wood Pallet Wall Shelf

The back of the pallet has built-in shelves so all you need to do is paint.

Transform a rescued wood pallet into a shabby-chic-cottage wall shelf. Paint with leftover paint and attach large D rings to the back to hang. Add a couple of nails for plate supports, and use the shelves for display. You could also add cup hooks. It's on our patio wall. It would also look great on a porch. No cost decorating.

  14. First I have to tell you that everytime I come to your blog and your header pops up, it makes me smile. I LOVE all of your blue and white plates and I LOVE how you have displayed them. Your header brings me JOY!

Second, I have to say that your palette shelf is so inspiring. It's easy, cheap and effective. You can't do better than that.

I'm so glad you leave your old posts and pics available. I saw some pallets on the way to work this morning with a sign that said "free". On my way home today I'm going to scoop them up and paint them for display shelves in my kitchen and another on my porch!!!
