I Love Flannel Sheets

I put new flannel sheets on my bed just in 
time for the arrival of a cold front here in
 south Florida.
 I love to sleep with the windows open 
snuggled under flannel sheets and 
my favorite light down blanket.
 We don't get many cold days and nights here
 so it's a treat for me to use flannel sheets.
 Our usual winter weather is warm.
The snowflake sheets go well with the back
side of my red checked quilt.
I decided to show more of the back side 
of the quilt and shams
 The king set was on sale for 75% off at 
Target. $8.49 for any size set. Great deal!
I laundered them and on the bed they went.
 Button detail on the shams.
Red and white check on one side and 
black and natural pattern on the other.
 They are sooooo soft and cozy.
 Makes getting out of bed in the morning 
very hard. The smell of coffee and a
baked apple pancake was necessary.
Looking forward to another cold night
snuggled in my cozy bed.

    So cozy and I love our flannel sheets, too. This is our first time having them on our bed. Good thing we have them tonight since our heat is not working correctly the coldest night of the year.

    So cozy and love the quilt too. I used to love my flannel sheets until we got a Tempur Pedic Mattress that is extra warm anyway...so the flannel sheets had to go. But I do remember how comfy and cozy they used to be. Enjoy yours.

    I love my flannel sheets too.. your bedding is so pretty.. gonna be 16 tonight and well on its way as its 23 at only 9 pm.. brrrrr

    I love this look! I wanted some pretty flannel, but never got! Maybe Target still has some! LLBean had some pretty ones, too. I am loving the red and white quilt...such a favorite of mine! Christie coming over from WOW us Wed!

    Flannel sheets are the best! We sleep with our back door open......and it was 32 degrees here last night. Flannel sheets, a faux fur throw and a couple of blankets felt very good!! Makes me feel like a bear burrowed down for the winter!

    I love flannel sheets too but not on the bottom sheet:) I tend to get all caught up in it so right now have a regular sheet on the bottom and a flannel on top!!! I know, I am weird!!! XO, Pinky

    Flannel sheets are so wonderful...not having that horrible shock of snuggling down into freezing sheets every night!
