Craig's List bed at Christmas.
I added lighted garland across the top.
Notice what else has been added?
Yes, that's Lucy.
I used the same red and white checked quilt.
I hung a red and white checked stocking.
The other side has a quilted stocking.
The quilt set is from JCP.
I skirted the table with a matching sheet.
I added a plaid Longaberger topper and
changed the pictures for the 4 black framed
cardinal Christmas cards.
A Lenox cardinal plate on a stand.
A Santa and tree sit on nearby
Longaberger baskets.
Across the room is the sitting area.
It has the antique wicker furniture and maple trunk.Silver tea set, candles and Spode china on an
embroidered table square that's been in
the family for years.
Free Craig's List louvered doors serve as a
room divider. I tucked vintage handkerchiefs
in the slats.
A trash find basket sprayed white is
used as an end table.
Lucy gets a red sweater cover on her pillow.
She loves her little basket by my bed.

ReplyDeleteI am in love with both versions of your bedroom and, of course, little Lucy!!! How precious she is. I enjoy having my bedrooms decorated for the season, too. I especially love snuggling down under the pretty flannel sheets on Christmas Eve and drifting off to sleep with the softness of the lights glowing from the tree on our bedside table...visions of sugarplums! Lol You did a marvellous job of creating Christmas in your bedroom!
Happy Christmas and a Glad New Year!
