Adding rustic fall touches is as easy as
going out in the yard
and picking up a few dry branches.
To dress them up use a silver champagne bucket for a vase.
Easy.
The silver coffee and tea service sits in front
on the antique cobbler's bench.
Wine corks collected in a silver wine caddy.

I've wanted to find a room to do a little
fall decorating in neutrals. I found it on
the cobbler's bench in the living room alcove.
This will satisfy my RDS from my last post
with two of my favorite things...
....twigs and silver.
Cheers!

This is beautiful, Rita!!! I love the rustic, gnarly look of the branches as a backdrop to the glimmering silver. It's perfect! It has a wonderful, sophisticated, "grown-up" autumn feel to it!
ReplyDeleteRita, This table looks gorgeous!!!! YOur use of the champagne bucket is over-the-top! This is a classy, rich and sophisticated Autumn table. I have a champagne bucket and tea service... I am going to see what I can come up with too. What a wonderfully inspiring post!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Yvonne

ReplyDeleteA man went to the theatre for the concert. At the ticket office, he said to the ticket seller:
ReplyDelete- Please sell me a half of ticket!
-I don't understand what you said. Why is a half of ticket? - asked the ticket seller.
- Because my left ear has been deaf from last year. I can hear with only one ear.
